Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Loot Dhamaka. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

• Items must be in new and unused condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.
3. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.
